*Short opening (of 10 minutes) with stretching and walking meditation

*Exercises on exploring a different angle of listening and hearing the music

*Exercises to find the state of creativeness and mindfulness to "improvise without interrupting the lead"

*Musicality and follower's role in mutual creativeness in dance
